How to Join

Once you have selected the health insurance cover right for you, there are a number of ways you can join our fund:

Internet

Join online and become an ahm member today - it's easy!

Telephone

Simply call the fund on 134 246 and join over the telephone. You don’t have to worry about filling in the application form – we will do it for you and post it out. You just need to sign the completed form and return it in the reply-paid envelope provided.

Fax

Print out and complete an ahm application and fax it to 1300 329 246.

Post

Print out and complete an ahm application and mail it to Locked Bag 1006, Matraville NSW 2036.
