Essential Hospital includes hospital accommodation and ambulance fees, and is suitable for singles, couples and families who don’t need cover for pregnancy, hip or knee replacements.

To keep the health insurance premium lower, Essential Hospital is also available with a co-payment – Essential Hospital Level 5. How the co-payment works.

If you need to go to hospital, please call the fund to confirm your eligibility for benefits. We may also be able to provide you with additional help through our Hospital Support Programs.
