One of our most popular products, Lifestyle Extras covers routine and major dental, optical, physio, chiro, along with 17 alternative and complementary therapies. It also covers many health improvement services and includes laser eye surgery once you've had cover for three years.

Better yet, ahm believes it's important that our members get all they're entitled to, that's why there are no 2 and 6 month waiting periods on our Extras covers.

Waiting periods

When you take out Extras cover or change your level of cover, you'll have to wait a set time before you can claim for some services and benefits you weren't previously covered for.

Where benefits are greater on your new level of cover, we'll pay the benefit at the amount on your previous level of cover until the waiting period is served.
