Essential Hospital

Essential Hospital covers you for ambulance fees and hospital accommodation but does not cover you for pregnancy services in a private hospital. However you are covered for these services in the shared ward of a public hospital with the doctor of your choice. To keep the premium lower, Essential Hospital is also available with a co-payment – Essential Hospital Level 5. How the co-payment works.

This extras cover provides higher benefits and financial year limits for a range of extras including dental, optical, physiotherapy, weight loss classes and remedial massage.
