How to make a payment

We think health insurance should be easy, so we offer 4 simple ways of paying your premium. Choose from the list below:

If you're not sure of your premium amount, call us on 134 246, or log in to check the Payment Details section of Show Details. You need to be registered for member services to view your details online; register now.

 

Direct Debit

You can arrange a Direct Debit from your cheque, savings, or credit card account. Deductions can be made on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, or yearly basis.

Simply download and complete the ahm payment form, and return it free of charge to;

You can also use this form to change your payment details, including the bank account details you have registered with us.

Online

You can make a one off payment using your credit card, through our secure website. Simply log in to member services, select "Make a Payment", and follow the steps.

BPAY

BPAY is a simple and convenient way of making a one off payment. Contact your financial institution to make a payment directly from your savings, cheque, or credit card account.

To make a BPAY payment, use the ahm BPAY biller code 57430. Your BPAY reference number is your new membership number.
