Professional advice and the right tools

Once enrolled, experienced midwives will stay in touch offering advice and information up until your child’s first birthday on pre and post natal health issues including:

the progress of your pregnancy
standard tests and procedures
exercise and healthy eating
baby care and breastfeeding
post-natal depression and more.

The program also includes:

a comprehensive book on pregnancy, birth and your new baby
the opportunity to call or email your midwife for those unexpected questions
an online due date calculator and a weekly pregnancy calendar
access to the online Health Library for more information about pregnancy and parenting.

No cost to you

Our Pregnancy Suuport Program is available to members aged 18 or over who are pregnant or have a child under 12 months. It’s fully covered on the following policies once you’ve served your 12 month waiting period for pregnancy related conditions:

Family Hospital Level 5
Top Hospital, Top Hospital Level 5 and Top Hospital Level 8.

The cost of the program is covered under your policy with ahm, so you don’t have anything to pay!
