How does it work?

The Total Health for Business program can be divided into four key areas.

Launching the program and assessing employee health

  • We conduct an interactive Health Expo on site to engage your employees, and allow them to take an active role in their health.
  • Using the Total Health Assessment, we can evaluate critical health areas and how they impact on your organisation. Your employees receive a comprehensive Total Health Profile that shows them how healthy they are now and what steps they can take to become healthier. Organisational strategy development

Your organisation receives a report based on aggregated data from Total Health Assessments completed by your employees. This will look at how the health of your workforce impacts on absenteeism and productivity, and gives you a tool to target resources to achieve the best health and cost outcomes. Goal Setting

Through the Total Health Program, we help your employees to set a health goal that is meaningful to them and related to their health needs. We provide further support through individual coaching, health information and online tools to encourage your employees to make a healthy change in their life. View a sample goal sheet.

Health Event Calendar

We design a customised calendar of health promotions and activities to maximise each employee’s potential to reach their goal. We also provide posters, health information, a targeted email program and competitions. View a sample calendar of activities.
