Annual General Meeting

The Company AGM was held on 29th November, 2007 in Sydney. All resolutions relating to Directors’ remuneration and the new Company Constitution were passed by members. A copy of the new Constitution is available for download by clicking the link above.

Members are able to access a copy of the minutes of the 2007 AGM by writing to ahm c/- the Company Secretary, Locked Bag 3, Wollongong NSW 2500.
