Essential Hospital

Essential Hospital covers you for all ambulance fees and hospital accommodation. It does not include pregnancy services and procedures that do not attract a Medicare rebate in a private hospital. However you are covered for these services in the shared ward of a public hospital with the doctor of your choice. To keep the premium lower, Essential Hospital is also available with a co-payment – Essential Hospital Level 5. How the co-payment works.

And if you do need to go to hospital, we do more than just pay for your bills; we can provide you with additional help through our Hospital Support Programs.
