- Only the member or partner listed on the membership is permitted to use online claiming.
- The member acknowledges that registering for online services enables their partner to access details of all claims history in the membership.
- A combined benefit limit of $500 per claim per membership applies to claims made using online claiming and TeleClaim. In addition, no further claims can be made while there are receipts outstanding when the $400 limit has been reached.
- Online claiming receipts must be received within 21 days of the transaction. If receipts are not received within this time period, the fund reserves the right to commence recovery action of any amounts paid.
- The fund reserves the right to recover any overpayment of any claim for whatever reason, and the overpayment may also be deducted from any future claim.
- Members claiming via the web are bound by all the normal rules of the fund.
- A combined limit of $500 per claim applies and is restricted to pre-paid ancillary and general dental services. You cannot claim for medical gap or high-cost dentistry.
- On making an online claim, the member/spouse gives the fund the same rights as if a claim form had been signed, ie the member abides by the declaration on the normal claim form.
- The fund may terminate the online claiming service at any time.
