Existing medical condition

If you are at least 26 weeks pregnant or have an existing medical condition, you may need to complete an online medical assessment form to ensure you are covered. For more information, check the relevant brochure under further information or call us on 134 246.

Make a claim

If you need to make a claim on your travel insurance policy, choose one of the options below.

  • Complete your travel insurance claim online »
  • Download a travel insurance claim form and post it and your supporting documents to Cover-More. To do this, follow the steps below:
  1. Download a travel insurance claim form

  2. Add supporting documentation
    The claim form lists supporting documentation relevant to your travel insurance claim (e.g. receipts) that we'd like to see.
  3. Make a copy
    Whilst you are required to send in originals, we recommend that you keep copies of everything just in case.
  4. Send it in
    Post your claim form and supporting documents to:

Please note: you must advise Cover-More of any claim or occurrence which may give rise to a travel insurance claim as soon as possible and within 60 days of the return date shown on your Certificate of Insurance by sending a completed claim form.
