No 2 and 6 Month waiting periods when you join ahm Health Insurance with an ahm Extras cover

We believe it's important that our members get all they're entitled to. That's why we've removed the 2 and 6 months waiting periods from all our ahm Extras covers.

This means members with ahm Extras cover can claim straight away^ on benefits such as:

• routine dental
• optical
• physio, chiro and osteo
• complementary and alternative therapies including naturopathy and remedial massage and
• health improvement benefits including dietitians and nutritionists, Cancer Council UV products, stress management courses and more.

^ Important information: Other waiting periods apply. Claims are subject to benefit limits and benefit conditions, please refer to your ahm Policy document for more information. Not all benefits listed are available on all ahm Extras Covers. Claims are only payable if your policy is financial on the date of service. If you have a combined policy, please note that these changes only apply to your ahm Extras policy.
