*Offer valid until 30/4/10. Join as a new member on a new ahm combined hospital and extras policy and pay 6 weeks’ premium in advance and ahm will send you a cheque for $100 for a single policy or $200 for a family policy. The hospital and extras components of your policy are together considered one policy. Members terminating any component of their policy within 10 weeks of the join date will not be eligible to receive the cash back offer. ahm will post the cheque to eligible members within 10 weeks of their new join date. This offer cannot be applied retrospectively, taken in conjunction with any other offer and is not available with ahm hospital only or extras only cover, Ambulance Cover or Overseas Student Health Cover policies.
