If you want to improve your health, our Health Coaching program is there to help you. Through regular phone calls, your very own health consultant will coach you in:

  • setting a health goal
  • creating a 12-week action plan
  • tracking your results in your online Health Diary
  • reaching your goal with motivation and professional advice.

Your health consultant is a specialist in their field and depending on your health goal will be a Registered Nurse, Dietitian, Psychologist or Exercise Physiologist.

Health Coaching is available on your Hospital or Extras cover* at no cost to you because ahm pays 100% of the cost.

*Members with First Step cover aren’t eligible for health management programs or the health survey.
